Orion provides you with a solution that will make the recovery of these costs and fees simple and easy to manage. Your firm can use this single option to retrieve costs associated with copier, phone, facsimile, shipping (FedEx, UPS), postage or virtually any other expense.
Fees can be retrieved from programs such as CarpeDiem™, DTE™, TimeSlips™ and various Case Management software products. Using this option, you can design various templates to handle virtually any device or file format. Orion will quickly retrieve the transactions and check for any errors. Errors can be corrected on screen prior to creating transactions in the Work-in-Process database.
Template Design
Templates can be created for compatibility with virtually any other software program or device. Both Fees and Expenses can be retrieved.
Data Retrieval
Data retrieval is virtually automatic. Just select the template and proceed. All data is uploaded into a batch and verified for correctness prior to creating transactions for billing.
Verification Lists
Orion will even generate a verification list to be used by external devices (such as copier or phone systems). This will allow immediate client code verification at the time the device is used.
