Training is always conducted at your firm using your own live data.
Formal training classes are conducted on each Orion module and individual assistance is provided as necessary using a "Help Desk" approach during the first week of training. Follow up training is provided at the first major billing cycle and month-end processing.
Your trainers know Orion Software inside and out. What's more, they have exceptional experience with accounting and law firms. You will be assigned a Lead Trainer who works closely with your staff and the Project Management Team throughout your implementation.
