The Orion DeskTop program allows busy Attorneys and Secretaries to handle all of their Front Office needs quickly and efficiently. Through the DeskTop, time entries are easily recorded and managed. Timekeepers can quickly review personal productivity information based on billed/non-billed time, budgets and non-billable time. Reviewing a client's account status has never been easier or more intuitive. All information is "real-time" and is fully integrated into Orion's sophisticated SQL Client Server database.

Time Entry
Orion Time Entry allows easy entry and editing of time. User-friendly "look-ups" and on-screen verification make entry fast and accurate. Full support is provided for Task-Based entries. Orion allows an unlimited number of "Stop Watch Smart Timers " to facilitate working on multiple projects throughout the day. Orion even allows each Timekeeper to establish a personal "Nickname" list of Client-Matters.

Time Listing
Quickly review and edit time entries. The Time Listing is easily sorted and filtered by Timekeeper, Client, Work Date, Entry Person and Entry Date. Tagging multiple transactions allows you to make global changes in one easy step.

Time Calendar
Allows Timekeepers to easily review time entries in a calendar format. Managers can look at time for individuals or for the entire firm. There are views available to display Original Values, Billed Values, Non-Billable Time, Write Up/Down Analysis, Budget Comparisons and much more. Drill down on any date for details of that day.
